Payment instructions

Which payment providers do you offer?

You can shop with us using the following payment methods:

Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Klarna invoice, Klarna pay immediately, Union Pay, Sofort, Shop Pay.

Shipping & delivery times

What are the shipping costs?

Up to a purchase value of 6 9,99€ Shipping costs (postage & packaging) in USA & Germany are 4.95€, in Austria and Switzerland 6.95€.

From a purchase value of 7 0€ Shipping is free in the USA, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are currently 3-5 working days. You can track your delivery at any time using the tracking number.

Please note that we are still a young label and we produce each product individually for you. Depending on the volume of orders, there may be small deviations in the delivery time.

Who are our logistics partners for delivery?

As a rule, the packages are delivered by DHL, DPD and Hermes.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, we only send our packages with a tracking number.

As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email with your tracking number and you can track your package at any time.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

Yes, as soon as your package is on the way, you will receive a notification with your tracking number by email.

Returns

Can I return my items?

Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us about your return via info@shirtsetter.com or the contact form.

Are there return costs?

The return shipping is paid by the customer. Packages sent back freight collect cannot be accepted by our logistics department.

How quickly will I receive my refund?

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will refund you the amount using the payment method you chose.

Can I also buy gift vouchers?

Where can I enter the voucher code?

You will find the discount code input field in the checkout under the order overview.
